Should you submit your mortgage loan application to Equity Ventures Group, Ltd. for consideration, an estimate of Equity Ventures Group, Ltd.'s charges for settlement services and a detailed list of fees you may expect to pay at closing for the type of mortgage financing you require will be provided on your Good Faith Estimate (GFE) which will be sent to you within three days of submission of a complete loan application.
